Metal tube float flowmeters are variable area flow meters based on float position measurement. Employing an all-metal structure and a modular design, they are widely used in various industries for flow measurement and process control in harsh environments, for low flow rates, low velocities, and various demanding media conditions. This is due to their small size, low pressure loss, large range ratio (10:1), and convenient installation and maintenance.

The series of metal tube float flowmeters offers various measurement options to meet different user needs and applications. Based on output type, they are categorized as local indicating, remote transmission, and control/alarm types. Based on explosion-proof requirements, they are further classified into three types: standard, intrinsically safe, and explosion-proof. The metal tube float flowmeter utilizes the internationally advanced Honeywel1 non-contact magnetic sensor for detecting changes in magnetic field angle, coupled with a Motoro1a microprocessor system. It features LCD display, accumulation, remote transmission output (4~20mA), pulse output, and upper/lower limit alarm output. This intelligent signal transmitter boasts extremely high accuracy and reliability, completely replacing imported instruments of the same type. It also offers high cost-effectiveness, multi-parameter calibration, and power-off protection.
